The Grand Connection offers so much value through the power of our collaborative community! We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and there’s no pressure to participate in everything. With no attendance rules, you can pick and choose events and marketing promotions that suit you. We’re here to support you at your own pace.

3 Easy Steps to Get Started!

1. Start Connecting!

• Complete your profile in full to make the most of the Membership Directory Hub. Here are instructions.
• Bookmark this page of quicklinks.
• Take a look at all the events and decide which ones are the best fit for you. Add all events to your calendar and register if you wish for reminders. Members only event links and all event links can be found here. As a member you don't need to register ahead, however many members choose to register to receive reminders
• Book in the next Member Mingle (first Wednesday of the month).  We also have monthly info sessions to help you learn more. If this timing doesn't work, you can set up an onboarding call with Susan
• Schedule in a Mini Meet With Susan (small meetings with a few members to learn how to refer each other). Complete your referral form.
• Start Connecting with Members you meet in the Hub.
• Get the Grand Connection Networking Referral App Chrome Extension to start connecting with members (and their network) on LinkedIn. Attend a free training (monthly)

2. Build Your Visibility

• Add a listing in the Grand Marketplace for a product, service, podcast, book or event.
• Join the Facebook Group. You can share posts for your events and offers.
• Review the upcoming collaboration promotion opportunities
• Meet with Group leaders to find opportunities to speak.

3. Become a Grand Connector

• Review our Grand Principles of Networking Workshop with Workbook
• Grab your Grand Strategic Networking Action Plan Workbook and Checklist.
• Check out the many great recordings in the Training library.
• Come to events and practice your introductions.

Once settled:

• Grab some of your gifts! New Member Bonus Bundle, Gifts from Past Events, Grand Giveaway.
• Look into how to Get Enhanced Zoom for $12.99/mo
• Sign up for Go Connections (free access to other paid events)
• Check out all the member benefits including discounts on business tools like Chatbridge Connect, EventRaptor and EngagePro.

Spread the word!

• Invite your friends to the Facebook Group and Networking Events. They can come twice as your guest. They will love you for it! Plus as a thank-you, you will receive a free month for each guest you invite who joins. Watch for an email from Mariel with your referral link.
